Dear reader,
When the news comes on, or I look at my social media, it seems like the world has gone crazy. Every day it’s something new. Today, Black Lives Matter organization (BLM) wants reparations and the elimination of the police. CRAZY! Recently, Antifa wanted autonomous zones and racially segregated gardening. CRAZY! Earlier in the week, mayors of major cities wanted to take away non-lethal tools from police while governors wanted to keep federal forces out of their imploding states. CRAZY! Don’t even get me started on the antics of our representatives in congress. The thing about all of this is that none of these seemingly crazy things are happening in a vacuum. They are all connected somehow and there is a reason they are all happening now.
In case you hadn’t noticed, Antifa is leftist, BLM is leftist, the media is leftist, the governors are leftists, and the mayors are leftists. The question “why” becomes pertinent. Why would the Democrat governors and mayors want cities to continue burning? Why would the media want to amplify the false narrative of BLM? Why is Antifa involved in the riots in some cities while other cities only get run of the mill looters?
Antifa is a mix of anarchists, communists, and violent tools of the left. It is difficult to fit them into a puzzle because they seem to be a wild card in the whole thing. Functionally though, Antifa is an intensifier. Add them to almost any protest to make it newsworthy. I write “almost” because of Detroit where we have a Democrat mayor and a Democrat Governor but a conspicuous absence of rioting.
I won’t ask “why” again because I think I have the answer to this one. The leadership in Detroit made it clear that they supported their police and would not allow riots. I would not venture a guess as to whether or not Antifa gets an engraved invitation to particular cities, but I remain curious as to why they are in some places and not in others. Understanding the behavior of the other leftist entities and groups might be easier.
BLM, for instance, is much simpler to understand. BLM is, Al Sharpton, “race hustler-at-large,” only LARGER. They play on white guilt and use emotional blackmail to get otherwise normal people to admit the existence of mostly imagined systemic racism and bend the knee, or they force corporations to make large donations to avoid being cancelled by the leftist mob. If you still say “all lives matter” or “blue lives matter” when someone tells you “black lives matter”, you’re one of the strong ones.
BLM is Al Sharpton, “Race Hustler-at-Large,” Only LARGER
This organization does not actually believe that black lives matter though. If they did, they would care about black on black crime or the obscene abortion statistics impacting black America. No, BLM is a fundraising tool for the American Left. The donations they collect go to fund more BLM activity and anti-conservative political speech. BLM cannot raise funds for their cause though, without exposure and that is where the media and elected state and city officials come into play.
Black Lives Matter gets exposure by having marches and protests. They get more exposure if there are riots. They get even more exposure if governors and mayors let those riots continue for a long time. So now the puzzle is starting to come together. The involvement of Antifa even fits. All of this is amplified by the fact that it is an election year and all of the players want desperately to remove President Trump from office.
The picture I get from my puzzle pieces is one of an organized effort to raise money for leftists using BLM, Antifa, a complicit media, and some outrageously cooperative governors and mayors. My conclusion is that these elements are working together to sow fear and mistrust, to raise money and spend it on campaigns of Marxism, and to destroy America as we know it. Black Lives Matter is a Marxist organization and people need to know that donating to BLM is the equivalent of saying “defund the police” and “kill cops” because that is the kind of speech that BLM funds.
I’m not trying to create a conspiracy theory here. I am curious though as to whether anyone reading this has an idea about the how and the who of it. Maybe it seems organic to you. Let me know. I’m creating two email addresses which I will share here.
One is for answers to questions that I pose: Please respond to, BurningQuestions@ChannelsPlace.com with your answer to the question: How and by whom are the BLM/Antifa/Governors/Mayors/Media organized?
The other is for unpopular opinions: If there is something you believe to be true, but are hesitant to share on social media for fear of being attacked or unfriended, please share it via email with me. I will not out you to the mob. I will, however, boldly state my opinion on it in an occasional column called, you guessed it, Unpopular Opinions. Share with me at UnpopularOpinions@ChannelsPlace.com and I’ll write about it. I look forward to hearing from you.
