CLAIM TO DICTATORSHIP REMAINS UNCLEAR

In the world of politics, a singular comment seems to have bolstered the imagination of the chattering class so much so that the socialists seem empowered to enshrined it into their strategy in the 2024 election cycle.

First, it was Trump and his tongue-n-cheek comment to Sean Hannity in a townhall event in Davenport Iowa.

“Sean asks, “You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?”

“Trump says, “no, no, no — other than day one. Except for day one.”

“The Donald” listed the two important executive actions he would take on day one but it’s more fun for me to leave those up in the clouds to keep the socialist terrified. But it’s significantly important to highlight the activity as a comparison to what the current “dictator-in-charge” will be doing in 2024.

JD Vance had the comment for all time on X, and it went like this as reported in The Hill,

“Trump’s superpower is that he’s the most quick-witted leader in a generation. Every grown man hyperventilating about this clip needs to find a sense of humor. I’m pretty sure you can buy them on Amazon. Free two-day shipping,”

Second, as The Hill reports in a piece dated, January 7, 2024,

Biden campaign responds to report on Obama warnings about Trump | The Hill

“Obama reportedly told Biden that it’s important to have more top-level decisionmakers in the campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Del., or that he needs to empower those already there.”

Off the top that sounds reasonable, right? But you must consider the cognitive decline of our Supreme Leader to realize that when his mentor offers advice, it comes with the understanding that Joe should be reading between the lines. I must hand it to the President, he does do a fair job at reading teleprompters after he’s taken the correct medication, ok, well, sometimes. But expecting him to read anything not reasonably obvious is like my grandpa trying to find his glasses sitting right there on his nose. By the way, my grandpa is way past the living stage of universal existence so let’s just stick with an “important” old man trying to find a way off the stage

Got/No/Idea/Which/Way/Jill?

without Jill holding an ice-cream cone in front of the pathway forward. Obama’s meaning somehow got lost on our president and off he went in another direction. Well, right where Barrack intended, but for all mistakes, the outcome, however realized, is what matters most.

As reported on January 8, 2024, by Gabriella Hoffman over at the VIP desk of Townhall.com, in a piece titled as seen in the link below,

Watch for These Biden Rules to Be Finalized in 2024 (townhall.com)

(You will not be able to reach the piece unless you become a member but let me just share)

“The Biden administration is implementing rules by federal fiat, despite being reprimanded by the Supreme Court and Congress for exceeding its authority.

With Congressional gridlock, President Biden has relied on issuing executive orders and deputizing his Cabinet heads to craft agency rules exceeding their authority.”

Now you may not know what the “major questions doctrine” is so I can help right now for you. It is the specific and explicit idea that if Congress wants to give an administrative agency the power to make “decisions of vast economic and political significance, it must say so clearly.

The EPA violated that doctrine and did so under the direction of Joe Biden, or was it Obama, not really sure these days. The ruling of the violation came down, as stated in the Townhall piece, in the West Virgina v EPA case:

West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency – SCOTUSblog

This is the beginning of year four of the Biden “dictatorship” and as the townhall post points out,

he is engaging in a practice known as “midnight rulemaking.”

The newly published

Fall 2023 Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions

page gives us a glimpse into the rule “administrative agencies plan to issue in the near and long term.”

Now before any of you slimy socialists seeking “accusational” leverage accuses me of the Claudine Gay syndrome, I’m doing my best to bring you a story behind a locked VIP door at Townhall. Wait, how many “slimy socialist” read us here at RightWay. For those of you who do, I apologize profusely for engaging in “labeling” you so harshly.

Plagiarism is the activity of not documenting or putting the quote into italics nor naming the author and source.

I hope I’m good here.

The only thing I can say, if somehow, I missed here and my dismissal from this amazing website where we bring as much original content as possible occurs, I don’t have the luxury of hanging on to a million-dollar salary as our currently most famous plagiarists does. So, that hopefully is out of the way.

Why don’t we look at a few of Biden’s rules usurping the powers granted congress, and being the nice little dictator he is.

Again, as stated in Townhall:

“After a two-year delay, the Securities and Exchange Commission rule on mandatory climate disclosures for publicly traded companies – including tracking scope 3 emissions (upstream and downstream) – and risk assessment practices is expected to be finalized in April of this year.

This rule, for instance, would exceed its bounds by giving the SEC undue powers to regulate entities that aren’t publicly-traded–namely small and medium-sized farmers and ranchers.”

I thought liberals hated the idea of “food insecurity”. Mess with real farmers and their livelihood and someone’s going hungry. My bet on the other side of the coin flip, the socialists are all in on privacy invasions. In this case, you don’t get the former unless you do something about the latter and that’s a utopian dilemma. But really who cares about small distinctions like, oh say, public and nonpublic. And oh yes, when you have great farmers and ranchers, the likes of Bill Gates, who needs “the little guy”.  The little guy was donating to “the other guy” anyway.

The last piece of evidence that points to a Biden dictatorship is the most ominous for all of us working detestable’s. Yep, that’s you, the Bible thumping gun huggers.

The idea that the administrative state is going to dictate or limit your wherewithal where it comes to enriching your family’s wellbeing and legacy is unpalatable in every sour sense of the word. But that is just what they are attempting to do. It comes in the form of the Independent Contractor Rule, which is aimed at restricting flexible work arrangements.

As noted behind the locked VIP door above in Townhall:

“According to one report published last week, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) “completed its review of the U.S. Department of Labor’s final rule on independent contractor classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act.” It would then return to DOL to be published in the Federal Register and take effect within 60 days of publishing.

As I (Gabriella Hoffman) noted at Townhall in June 2022, the DOL IC rule would take an “ax to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to make all workers employees, this administration is violating norms and dismissing economic trends favoring flexible work arrangements.”

Since the terrible California Assembly Bill 5 has been implemented and its federal companion, the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, has stalled in Congress, this is the administration’s best route to assuage its Big Labor backers.”

So, there you have it friends and neighbors. Dictators don’t need or much less care to follow laws enshrined by a constitution or put forth by the peoples’ representatives. They just pull out a pen, send a quick note to some administrator hidden behind a desk on the top floor of some granite building along Constitution Ave or at the crossways, 7th, 9th, and 14th streets, Washington DC. There are a bunch more of those numerical streets, but I bet you’ve got the idea presented there. The scope of the executive’s pen is sweeping and exceedingly intrusive and there is not a single safe issue.

There is still an additional consideration in the determination on who will win the coronation as dictator-n-chief. Dictators historically seem to have a strangle hold and wield full control over the media wherever they stick their spinney claws into a nation. Not lost in the minutiae of those two similar ideas of control is the idea the Biden lackeys in the MSM have gone out of their way over the last nearly eight years to eliminate freedom lovers from the political landscape across the fruited plain. A friend in need is a friend indeed and the two entities, the Biden administration and liberal media, have so impressed their socialist deep state agenda on the country that the realization just may have finally smacked the Republicans right across the forehead.

Fox News aired Rachel Maddow’s announcement of Mr. Trump’s caucus victory with the headline:

Rachel Maddow defends MSNBC’s refusal to air Trump’s Iowa victory speech: ‘Not out of spite’.

Here is the MSN’s brand of reporting on full display:

“At this point in the evening the projected winner of the Iowa caucuses has just started giving his victory speech,” Maddow said, without directly mentioning Trump by name. “We will keep an eye on that as it happens. We will let you know if there is any news made in that speech, if there is anything noteworthy, something substantive and important. The reason I’m saying this is, of course, there is a reason that we and other news organizations have generally stopped giving an unfiltered, live platform to remarks by former President Trump, it is not out of spite, it is not a decision that we relish, it is a decision that we regularly revisit. And, honestly, earnestly, it is not an easy decision. Airing Trump’s “untrue” statements live on television hurts MSNBC’s brand. But there is a cost to us, as a news organization, of knowingly broadcasting untrue things. That is a fundamental truth of our business and who we are. And so, his remarks, tonight, will not air here live. We will monitor them and let you know about any news that he makes.”

It is dictator Biden’s media for sure, certainly not Trump’s, but they had to go one giant leap further. They attacked you, my fellow Americans, by attacking the hard-working middle Americans who brave the icy cold and dangerous conditions to make their voices heard. Take a listen!

Joy Reid accuses White Christian Iowans of wanting to have people of color ‘bow’ to them | Fox News

They seemed to be so taken aback by the overwhelming victory for Trump in Iowa, then realizing the only news that could be broadcasted was that amazing victory speech Mr. Trump delivered. They could not bring themselves to do so, stating they had to “protect” themselves. Not showing the generous and passionate gesture to all Americans and to his Republican opponents, the MSNBC’s of the world took away the opportunity for the nation, and many of the independent thinkers in America to see what many of us have known all along.

As Gabriella Hoffman rapped up her piece over at Townhall she presented this, and as I read it, in ominous tone:

“Americans will feel the impact of these actions and be less free as a result.

Let’s hope there will be checks and balances.”

If not, the claim of the Dictatorship will shift heavily in Joe Biden’s favor.
