FDA: Pfizer Vaccine Safe & Effective – Released In Under A Year. Why Not Other Cures For Other Diseases?
According to The New York Post – The FDA analysis of data from Pfizer’s large-scale clinical trial involving roughly 44,000 people affirmed the Manhattan-based drugmaker’s finding that the shot was 95 percent effective at preventing COVID-19 infection after two doses. The scientists also found the vaccine was similarly effective regardless of the recipient’s age, gender, race or ethnicity and among people with underlying medical issues that put them at risk for severe coronavirus infections. While no serious safety concerns emerged from the data submitted by Pfizer and its German partner, BioNTech, the FDA noted that people who took the vaccine reported common side effects including headaches, muscle pain, chills, fatigue and pain at the injection site.
But there isn’t yet enough data to prove whether the shot can prevent vaccinated people from carrying and spreading the virus or whether it can ward off asymptomatic infections, the FDA said. The agency also couldn’t say how well the vaccine works in kids younger than 16 or whether it can prevent long-term health effects of COVID-19.
Just look at what the scientific and medical advancements we can achieve when Governments and Private industry come together to focus on a single goal. In less than a year an unknown strain of the coronavirus – the likes of which, has never been seen – became a worldwide pandemic; and we already have an effective vaccine.
So why then, has it been so hard to cure or vaccinate against some of our most deadly aflictions? We obviously have the technology and the scientific where-with-all to cure almost any disease that effects our population. If we set our minds to it, that is. Yet millions die every year from curable or preventable disease.
This really angers me. A couple of years ago, my Dad was killed by “complications” from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Five years pryor, there was no hope for someone in his condition. However, in those short couple of years, they dramatically changed the prognosis for those who have that form of cancer. My dad was given several more years of life, thanks to those advancements, to spend with us on this earth. THOSE YEARS WERE PRICELESS.
Yes the “cure” was almost as bad as the disease itself, but not as bad as it could have been, or used to be. He lost his hair, his sence of taste, he was aflicted with nerve damage in his arms and legs that caused him intense pain…but in the end, his cancer was nowhere to be found in his body. This used to be an automatic death sentence. And the Chemo treatments, used to make people incredibly and violently ill. However my father’s side effects from his treatments were relatively mild in comparison.
He also was allowed to try an expirimental stem-cell gene theropy that acctually worked amazingly. He still ended up on the losing end, even after his cancer was in remission. The cancer had attacked nerves in his brain that caused tiny seizures and ultimately took his life. But technically his cancer was cured.
My point to this is that our medical healthcare system is the best in the world. Our scientific research and development is second to none, and is getting better every day. So when people like Creepy Uncle Joe Biden, Bernie “Commie” Sanders, and Alexandria Occasionally-sane Cortez, want to take our healthcare system out of private hands and the public market, and make it a second or third-class socialistic system; it infuriates me. Why would they want to keep people sick? Why wouldn’t they want our healthcare system to remain the best the world has ever seen? Why do they want millions of people to die needlessly? Why did the Democrats block every attempt at COVID relief for us?
I assume it is for the same reasons that it has taken years and years to cure most of our most deadly diseases, yet COVID gets a completed, and effective, vaccine in less than one… Money and Political Power. My father taught us that everything in this world always boils down to those two things.
It also makes me incredibly angry, that as quickly and as far as we have come with medical innovation; that we haven’t cured our other most deadliest afflictions. The speed at which we came up with this new COVID vaccine, proves to me that we can advance even faster and even more successfully than we have with other advancement and cures. As long, that is, as we put all of our money and attention into doing it.
So why haven’t we?
And why, when we lead the world in medical advancements, and led the world to a COVID vaccine, is the UK getting it first? Why did it take so long for our FDA to approve it for use here; especially when they continually tell us that the US is leading in positive cases of the disease? I think you can now answer that for yourself…yep, you guessed it, money and political power.
This is why it is so important to ensure the election fraud is uncovered and proven so we can keep our President in office for 4 more years. This is why we can never allow Biden & Harris to get any more power than they already have. This is why they faught so hard to get rid of Trump, and went as far as cheating to win the election. This is why they held back this vaccine until after the election, and why the liberal run cities were kept in lockdown status so long. They have used this disease, as a political weapon. Because they don’t care about the lives of the American people, they only want to rule over them.
