This Video was sent to us by a reader, as you can see from the logo in the top right corner, it was made by, or at least disseminated by, RT (Russia Today) News.
You can also easily guess why they would start a Social Media Video Campaign to convince people here in the US to try and stop its development.
The problem is, it will be made…by someone; hopefully the US will do it first, and do it better than everyone else.
The video was made to convince people not to allow this tech to be made…it’s obvious why Russia wouldn’t want the US to have this tech.
